Poor Connection in Lab Environment

I cannot connect to a lab environment because I always have a poor connection. My bandwidth is business class 20Mbps down and up.

Can you attach a screen shot of an internet speed test from Google? https://www.google.com/search?q=internet+speed+test

I will submit this to the vendor and see if we can get your issue resolved.

Very interesting. There were no configuration changes made on our end today… But I am still glad to hear it!

Started having issue’s again so I contacted our firewall manager. They looked at it and removed the GeoIP block for Australia, since CloudFlare has some of their servers there, and it is working great now.

That is good news! And it’s good for me to know. Hmm I may need to look at our CloudFlare integration and see if it could be cause issues for some of the labs.

Are you connecting from your workplace? It could be a firewall issue. Also see in your other thread I commented the reconnect button for VMs when the screen goes blank:
