I cannot connect to a lab environment because I always have a poor connection. My bandwidth is business class 20Mbps down and up.

Started having issue’s again so I contacted our firewall manager. They looked at it and removed the GeoIP block for Australia, since CloudFlare has some of their servers there, and it is working great now.
