Hi @rickloureiro

The error code 0x00000490 points to a Callback_Productkey_Validate_Unattend:Invalid product key. Try in Task Sequence to not use a Product Key, just left that field blank.

thanks for the reply.

The funny thing is I have run this already success on another machine, but after the setup and the 2 reboot. the Reference Machine it start the setup from the begging as a normal setup of windows. Also the file capture.win is not save on the external disk.
Because is external disk can that be the reason?

It is possible that being an external disk the capture.win is not saved, maybe not recognized?
Because of the last error, I believe the setup begins as normal.
