Configuration Manager Console: Adding Security Groups

When adding individual administrive users in the Configuration Manager Console through

Administration > Security > Administrative Users

I can grant access to individual users but when I add a group, I am unable to sign in to Configuration Manager Console as the users listed in the group.

The group is listed as full administrator in security roles and have all instances of objects that are related to the assigned security roles in the security scopes tab.

Could not isolate the issue.

Is the user that you are adding listed on the domain controller in active directory? SCCM works with Active Directory. So the user should be listed there first. Use ADUC on your domain controller to check this out.

Yessir, I added all the users when I initially configured the Domain Controller shown step by step in video 18 of the SCCM Endpoint Course for Beginners. Issue persists.

Should work, can you send screen shots of the configuration?

It appears that restarting the machine resolved the issue. Thank you for your prompt responses. I will be sure to recommend server academy to my peers and colleagues.
