If the command prompt isn’t visible, press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Task Manager. From there run a new task for “CMD”.

@jesus.alvidres Same process I outlined above. press or send CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Task Manager. If you’re using our IT labs there is a CTRL+ALT+DEL button you can press to send it to the VM.
