Is it possible to use copy / paste between LABs and the outside world (home Windows PC)?
For ex.: using scripts written/edited earlier on my own PC in LABs Virtual Machine.

Yes this is on the right side at the top. You can save your labs and they will remain paused as long as you log in at least once every 7 days…
The SAVE a lab option is under the hamburger menu top right.
