Hi,
When I tried to create an active dir snapshot I get this message
“AD Service must be running in order to perform this operation.”
, the VM is in safe mode (I believe that’s how it should be)

You don’t need to be in Safe Mode to create or mount a snapshot. Run it again in normal mode.
yup, checked out the video I thought it was in safe mode. Works now
