Hello, I am encountering a problem with OSD through SCCM. While the deployment via PXE is functioning correctly, creating standalone media for the same task sequence leads to a reboot loop, preventing the loading of Windows PE. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Are you receiving any error codes? Can you check the SMSTS.log file?
While the TS sequence runs, you can open the smsts.log file by pressing the F8 key. Type CMTrace.

I have reviewed the smsts.log file and am unable to determine a specific solution for the problem at hand. Attaching the screenshot
I am guessing that the Task Sequence is failing in formatting the disk per the error number
