Happy New Year HELP!

Site comes recommended from a colleague. So I joined two weeks ago, but have been unable to see the accompanying videos due to the following error message:

“Sorry. Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.”

I am requesting assistance with viewing them as well as getting into the labs.

I sent an email to support but haven’t received a reply.

Can you paste the link to a video with the issue? I have checked some random video lessons and I don’t see an issue.
