I want to reset a password but Active Directory does not allow me a simple password How to change the password policy

You can try manually navigating to Module 3 Group Policy & Security with Windows Server and within the module sections to the left, you’ll see a section on Securing your Domain. There’s a video named Configuring Domain Password and Account Lockout Policies with Group Policy.
