Hello,
quick question. I already have the $20.00 package, but I am wanting to be to access the labs now. Will I have to pay an additional $35.00 on top of the $20.00 I already paid?

How does this work?

No - we offer prorated refunds and / or credits for subscriptions you’ve already paid for EXCEPT for the lifetime membership.

So - if you sign up to basic and pay $20 then decide to upgrade to monthly (which cost $35) - you will be charged $35 minutes your prorated discount which would start at $15.

If you wait 15 days - your credit would be prorated so $7.50 instead of the $15.
