Initializing a disk and creating a volume lab issues

I’m unable to get a completed status when I click score on the Initialize a disk task. I do get a completed status when I click score on the Create a New Volume task. I open Disk Management and am alerted the initialize the disk which I have done but it keeps telling the HDD is not initialized. I’ve reset the lab and keep getting this message. Am I missing a step?

Hi @chrismix2010

You did it right. The issue was that we didn’t specify which partition style to choose, and the evaluation script was checking for GPT.

You can try again with GPT. We have corrected the step instructions to be more specific.
