Issues with accessing my courses

I am having random issues with accessing my courses, specifically the modules. Whenever I click any of the modules it just refreshes the same page and does not open any of the content. This is frustrating since I work and whenever I have some free time, which is not very often, and have this issue than it prevents me from making progress.
