Lab: Application Deployment

I have created the Application (7zip) and a collection and follow the deployment video. When I checked the client software center there is no 7zip available for install and there is nothing in the trace.

Hi @victoriav

Any chance you can try with another software like notepad++ to see if it is not an issue with 7zip?

Greetings,
Check the following:

  1. Sometimes it takes a while for the software to get to the client. A client restart may help.
  2. Check the AppDiscovery.log located on the client should indicate if the software has been installed on the VM.
  3. Check the AppEnforce.log - Records details about enforcement actions (install and uninstall) taken for applications on the client.
  4. Also checkout the “Monitoring Applications” Lecture You may be able to determine what is wrong with your App deployment.
