Please email me the configmgrsetup.log file so that we can try to figure out the problem. This file should be located in one of two locations.
The SCCM client logs are located in the path: C:\Windows\CCM\Logs. The SCCM server log files are located in DRIVE-Letter:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs .

It is failing since the version of the SCCM in the lab is from previous versions and it can no longer find its updates online. I’ll see if we can add them to that machine.

Check the lab again. We have updated it with a zip file containing the pre-requisite files.
