Lost all my progress from updating to Full Member

I have all 10 topics completed, I sent an e-mail to support. I did not finish the Powershell topic, I have the last 2 of DNS.

Can you help me get the Basic profiles learning back to me so I can receive a completion?

Almost done, hopefully I can get the certificate, I have about 4048 XP.
