Missing administrative template!

I have installed windows server 2012 R2 and i am missing Administrative Template when launching rsop.msc.

Could somebody help to solve it?

Are their any settings configured for Administrative templates? If no settings are present it could be missing for that reason.

RSOP will only show the settings that you have configured. Without knowing anything about your lab, you can make Group Policy settings in local group policy by running gpedit.msc or on your domain controller by creating a new GPO.
