My Couses are not opening

I have been a customer for about 3 months. While I haven’t been on the site as much as I should, I have never had a problem with the courses loading until yesterday. I want to get back to learning so I need help. Thanks.

Which course is the one you are having problems with? Can you post a screenshot? Sometimes refreshing the page works if not loading for you.

When I click on the course, it goes through it’s process to open the course. However, it goes right back to the home screen. Refreshing has not worked. Closing out of the site and going back in has not corrected the issue of the courses not opening. None of them will open, including the three that I have viewed.

This was fixed, and you should now be able to access your courses.
