i think the numerous problems have been encountering, is as a result of the “network discovery” settings which is off. immediately after turning it on, it goes off again automatically. i spend several hours trying to fix this. please do something about it for me.
To fix the issue with the network discovery turning off, enable the following services in the Services console (services.msc):
DNS Client
Function Discovery Resource Publication
SSDP Discovery
UPnP Device Host
On the Startup Type, select Automatic. Click Apply. Then click Start to start the service. Check the network discovery option to see if it remain on.
