Shouldn’t the correct answer be A?

The “itflee.jpg” GPO has a padlock icon, which means it is Enforced. The “Administrators” OU has a blue circle, which means it is blocking inheritance.

I thought that Enforced policies take precedence over OU policies, even if the OU has blocked inheritance. Thanks.
