I am a bit of trouble when I reach this point in the back up. For some reason I keep getting a “Windows Server Backup is unable to access the remote shared folder. The remote shared folder does not exist”. It does this even after I thought I created a backups folder in the C drive. What could I be doing wrong?

You have to provide more detailed information such as the share permissions and how or where you are trying to access it from.
