Secondary hard drive creation

I couldn’t figure out how to create secondary hard drive
As done in In module 1 ( upgrade server)

For Lab: Upgrading Windows Server Desktop Experience from 2016 to 2019
Check Computer Management under Tools menu on Server Manager. There’s Disk 1 of 2GB. Create a new Volume.

Another good option is to shrink the disk C:\ and create another partition in case there’s no secondary drive.
