Some AD accounts have password last set date as 1601-01-01_04:30:00

Some AD accounts have password last set date as 1601-01-01_04:30:00 but the account Last Logon Timestamp is shown in the years 2019, 2020,2021, Any idea about this issue

A value of 1601-01-01 basically means that the timestamp value has not been set. It’s Microsoft’s equivalent of NULL for timestamps.

To solve it just need to set a password or log in with the user.
