Ticketing Software (Incident Management Tool)

Hi,

I was wondering if there can be a course for any one ticketing system (Tool) like Service Now, Salesforce Desk, Service Desk etc. It would be really helpful in getting a job or for interview purposes.

I know usually these tools are GUI based and easy to learn but for someone who hasn’t used them at all, it gets tricky to explain in interviews.
