Unable to deploy Desktop Background through GPO

I have converted the serveracademy.png file to JPG, and followed all the instructions given.
Was able to see the jpg file by using UNC path.
Gpupdate and gpresult commands were successful
But the background did change.

Could someone help me with this issue?

Hi @monashrose

If when you run gpresult /r you see the policy applied and the share accessible opening the image then a reboot might update it. Check with another image with jpg extension, it might be that changing the original extension might have something to do.
