I used to be able to extend the labs but now I am unable to do that. Can you please assist with this?

When there are less than 10 minutes remaining you may extend the time you through a pop-up window by clicking Yes.
This extends the lab by 15 minutes up to the maximum time allotted for the lab to be completed.
There is no other way to extend it if you missed the pop-up and most, but not all, labs can have their times extended so it depends on the lab. It might be that the one you were doing didn’t have the option.
