The issue is not fixed yet, all my progress is gone. I have canceled my membership and I am waiting for my refund as promised.

It looks like you had done 45% of Module 1 - do you remember the modules you had completed? We could mark them as ‘completed’ for you.
Also, I have sent you an email about your refund. Please check it out when you can.
