Why create TargetGroup and TargetGroupEnabled

Hi @baljeetbuttar,

Those two lines are to add the non domain joined workstations to a group in WSUS. We will need to create a group in WSUS named NonDomain and these machines will be added there instead of the Unassigned Computers group in WSUS.
